LKG ADMISSION 2018-19

  1. Issue of Applications will be done only online (No applications will be issued at the school office).
  2. Online application will be available on 3rd and 4th of March.
  3. The child should have completed 3 years as on 30th June 2018(i.e. born between 1st July2014 to 30thJune2015.)
  4. Photocopy of the following certificates need to be submitted along with the filled up application in school office:
    • Birth certificate issued by the government.
    • Community certificate.
    • Proof of residence(Ration Card or Aadhar card) and
    • Baptism certificates for Catholics.
  5. Applications with false or incomplete information will be rejected.

Note: we do not collect any donations towards admissions. Parents are strongly advised not to give money to anyone regarding admission in St. Mary’s Nursery and Primary School. For such transactions, the Management is certainly not responsible.

  1. ஆன்லைன் மூலமாக மட்டுமே விண்ணப்பபடிவம் வழங்கப்படும். (பள்ளியில்; தரப்பட மாட்டாது)
  2. ஆன்லைனில் விண்ணப்பபடிவம் வருகின்ற மார்ச் 3 மற்றும் 4 தேதிகளில் வழங்கப்படும்.
  3. வருகின்ற 30.06.2018க்கு 3 வயது நிறைவடைந்திருக்க வேண்டும். (1.07.2014லிருந்து 30.06.; 2015க்கு இடையில் பிறந்திருக்க வேண்டும்)
  4. கீழேகொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ள சான்றிதழ்களின் நகலைபூர்த்தி செய்யப்பட்ட விண்ணப்பபடிவத்துடன் இணைத்து பள்ளி அலுவலகத்தில் கொடுக்கவும்.
    • பிறப்புச் சான்றிதழ்.
    • சாதிசான்றிதழ்.
    • இருப்பிடசான்றிதழ் (குடும்ப அட்டை அல்லது ஆதார் கார்டு)
    • திரு மூழுக்குசான்றிதழ் (கத்தோலிக்க கிருஸ்தவராய் இருப்பின்)
  5. விண்ணப்படிவம் முழுமையாக பூர்த்திசெய்யாமலோ அல்லது தவறானா பதிவுகளை பூர்த்தி செய்திருந்தாலோ இவிண்ணப்பபடிவம் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளபட மாட்டாது.

குறிப்பு: LKG சேர்ப்பதற்க்கு எந்தவிதமான நன்கொடையும் ஏற்றுகொள்ளப்பட மாட்டாது. பள்ளியின் பெயரை சொல்லி சேர்க்கைக்கான முன் பணம் எவரிடமும் கொடுக்க வேண்டாம். இப்படி நடந்தால் நிர்வாகம் பொறுப்பல்ல.
